Description: Cells cannot survive alone. It seems that they are most powerful when in abundance and will therefore continue to produce offspring while conditions permit. However, overconfluency also has its perils. When there are too many of them, cells seek a limited food source that cannot sustain the entire population. They begin to have toxic effects on each other and eventually, only those that have more space, more food, and a better location in the population survive. Sound familiar?
