Description: These cells were taken out of their natural environment. They have been grown on plastic, manipulated with dozens of chemicals, processed with man-made reagents, and finally viewed through a machine that allows us to assess their “natural” behavior. Even so, these cells revert to order – their basic need to group in an organized natural way perseveres our unnatural attempts to change them.
