Ref: YJ-0003
Author: Eva jimenez guri
Size: 800 x 388
Description: Coffin flies (Megaselia) are used in forensics to approximate the time of a death by the time of appearance of the larvae on the corpse. The embryo development of this fly, however, has not described. Here we show two SEM images of the segmented embryo showing the back, front and lateral structures, at the time when organogenesis is occurring, a few hours before hatching.
