CRG has designed and produced more than 200 monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against transcription factors (TF) and centrosomal proteins. The selected TF are tissue-specific and have an ortholog in mouse. Learn More / Less

For the prediction of the antigenic determinant we developed a software method (GOLDQUEST) which accounts for the unstructured protein regions as well as other physico-chemical properties of the protein in order to determine epitopes suitable for antibody generation. Three peptides have been selected per protein and the sequences are unique in the human genome.
